To the 3,000 staff members of the Group, the conference is no wonder a milestone. Balloons are flyng in the sky over Guangbo Science & Technology District with the hope of flying higher. What is the experience of Guangbo’ development in the ten years?
In 1992, President Deng Xiaoping’s inspection in the south brought the fast economic development in the south. And greatly encouraged by the development, Guangbo Group operated in a high spirit in system reforming. In 1994, Guangbo Group received the fist lot of foreign trade order forms and went into a way of quick development. In 1995, to keep up with the 9th Five-Year Scheme and the long-range development goal by 2010 of China, Guangbo Group registered trademark as “Guangbo”. Later, the trademark was registered in more than 30 countries and regions all over the world. In 1997, Guangbo members tried to open up markets in Asia and established a branch company in Hang Kong to welcome Hang Kong’s coming back China. In 1999, to celebrate the 50th birthday of PRC and welcome Macao’s coming back China, Guangbo Group established a branch company in the United Arab Emirates to develop foreign markets in Africa and Middle East. In 2001, with China’s entering WTO, Guangbo Group established a branch company in the USA to enter American markets. In 2002, Guangbo convened the Global Operation & Sales Conference and celebrated the ten years development to confirm the international management idea as “no-distance contact”. The ten years’ experience symbolizes the development of Guangbo Group. And the development of Guangbo Group is an epitome of China’s economic development. Guangbo Group, after ten years of hard work, has found a way for economic development and determines to achieve more.
On the foundation laying ceremony, Guangbo members have realized that the foundation ceremony of Guangbo Science & Technology District and new goal of economic development showed their promise of achieving more.

Welcome to our Guangbo Group’s Global Operation & Sales Conference as well as the ten years development celebration! Here, I express our heartfelt thanks on the behalf of the 3,000 staff members to leaders at all levels, merchants through out the country and overseas and all of our friends for their ten years of support. Thank you!
In these ten years, Guangbo Group keeps improving the industrial structure and opening up outland markets. After ten years of hard work, at present, Guangbo Group owns 11 holding branch companies, including three Chinese—foreign joint ventures, three outland operation companies and one high-quality Neu-material producing company, with a total capital over 400 million RMB. Being a large-scale joint-stock enterprise group, the production of Guangbo Group, such as photo albums, stationeries, printed papers, plastic goods, Nami mental material and so on, has been sold to more than 60 countries and regions as far as Europe, America, South-East Asia and so on.
To fit the trend of the global economic integration, Guangbo Group tries to open up more and more markets. According to the differences of regions and countries, we, Guangbo Group, seek various way of cooperation in different part of the worlds. In the recent years, we have got a large number of middle or senior professional personnel in research, development planning, operation, sales and management. Moreover, in the field of labor safety of the staff members, we, Guangbo Group, try to reach the goal of international standard SA8000. These are why we present the international management idea as “no-distance contact”. We are implementing native operation and sales all over the world by establishing branches abroad and by various cooperation styles as wholesales, retain, OEM, etc, to make closer contact between professional personnel, culture and knowledge.
To keep up with the new competition and to meet the need of our Group’s further development, we will invest RMB250 million in the next five years. Guangbo Science & Technology District, measuring 150,000 square meters in the total using area, will be designed to be an international standardized area by world famous designers. This District is mainly used to produce superior scientific and technological goods such as high-quality neu-materials and numerical production. And lots of senior professional personnel will be invited here. Impel Guangbo Group to change from a traditional industry to company to a plural and large-scale development company.
