On July 13, Guangbo 2013 semi-annual economic work conference was held in the company's lecture hall. The meeting analyzed the current economic situation faced by the company, reviewed and summarized the main achievements and deficiencies in the first half of the year, arranged and deployed the second half year's work focus.
The company's all senior leaders attended the conference and were seated on the platform. Besides, middle-level cadres and department representatives from each park also attended it, altogether over 140 people.
General manager Wang Junping gave a semi-annual economic work report on innovative management and overcome difficulties. The report pointed out that since the beginning of the year, domestic and international market environment is still grim, which formed the challenge to the company's business development. However, under the joint efforts of everyone, the company still remains stable operation. In view of the current economic situation, each business module, should be closely around the goal established at the beginning of the year, as well as the sales' accomplishments. Continue to carry forward the administrative policy of thought in change, action to improve. Base on own work, with enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprise as the goal, continue to innovate, forge ahead and create greater value.
General manager pointed out in the report,the work task of the second half of the year is still arduous. If want to achieve desired goals, must conquer all the difficulties. Difficult is not terrible, but dodging is terrible. We actively adapt to the requirement of new situation, rely on the company's various advantages, improve work efficiency, enhance the work initiativity, positivity and creativity, try to finish all the work with the spirit of innovation and rigorous. I believe, under the joint efforts of everyone, we must be able to successfully implement the company's annual business objectives.
Finally, President Wang Liping gave an important speech on "let responsibility travel with idea.Everyone has their own dreams, so does every enterprise. Our Guangbo's dream has already begun since 1992, and till now it has been over 20 years. In the past 20 years, we met a lot of setbacks and challenges, but we didn't flinch in face of pressure. What makes us chose to remain. There is only one answer, that is, dream. We Guangbo people share the same dream, to create an enterprise that continuously creates value.
Wang Liping pointed out, "Guangbo dream" lied in responsibility. Responsibility is to bear, to pay. Being ready to state responsibility in mind is the premise of us to create an enterprise that continuously creates value. We should respect own choice. Now that you have chosen Guangbo, should be responsible for all of this job. Walking into position, should have a duty to take on this responsibility. Do well of the basic work that you must complete. We should be in awe. Responsibility needs performance to prove. Performance depends on the ability to create. We should develop the working attitude that dares to be responsible. Having the sense of responsibility is more important than ability. Clearing responsibility can bear the responsibility. Should firmly establish the sense of enterprise's business is to do your own thing. The key point of "Guangbo dream" lies in enterprise.Enterprising is to go beyond. Sense of responsibility can be regulated and disciplined by post responsibility, work procedure, rules and regulations. However, a company's rules and regulations are like that of a country, just the bottom line of the code of conduct. The strong point of "Guangbo dream" lies in the dedication to work. Business is faith and idea. If sense of responsibility is the most basic quality requirements of the staff of an enterprise, enterprising is the must condition of middle management, then the senior management as our enterprise's most core level, should plus entrepreneur spirit besides as well.
Finally, President Wang Liping pointed out, general secretary Xi said, empty talks would lead the country astray, and hard work can rejuvenate the nation. We can borrow this idea, empty talks would be misleading, and hard work can rejuvenate the enterprise. Everyone's personal dream is to maximize the realization of self-worth. Guangbo's enterprise dream is to realize traditional and hi-tech enterprise flying high together, diversity and common prosperity of industry, finance and investment, to create domestic leading and international bench marking "century Guangbo". I believe, as long as we provide employees with a dream of the stage, let employees' personal dream involve into "Guangbo dream", regard enterprise's target as own target, all focus on the long-term interests of the enterprise, shoulder the historical mission and difficult task of enterprise development, our "Guangbo dream" must be able to achieve. Our personal dream will be more wonderful.
The delegates showed, after listening to the general manager's work report and president's important speech, they were encouraged. Pointed out the focus for us. Should earnestly study and understand after the meeting, combine with actual and implement thoroughly, accomplish all the tasks and objectives set at the beginning of the year with good quality.
