To further advance the company’s lean management work, promote the company’s products and service quality, Guangbo Stock held lean management work initiative at the lecture hall on the first floor of the executive office building. The meeting was held by Jiang Zhuguo, general manager of the industry company. Altogether about 70 people attended this meeting, such as company’s senior leaders, related department heads, production foreman and supervisors.
At the meeting, firstly, enterprise management department gave a training on lean management, explained its contents, main ways and methods in details. General managers and participants studied the company’s quality security operation guidelines together. Production workshop representative, export module representative, production module representative, quality department representative, industrial production representative and technology department representative gave a speech on own job functions respectively.
At the end of the meeting, general manager Wang Junping gave an important speech on the basic conception of lean management. He explained carrying out the lean management in simple terms from the following four aspects, “where is the way out for our future development”, “where should we locate our working concept”, “our rights and responsibilities at work” and “the basic principles of quality management”. What’s more, he put forward specific requirements on quality management.
He emphasized that our staff, especially the managers, their right is to solve problems and ask the superior for help. Our responsibility is not trying our best to solve the problem but sparing no effort to solve the problem. On the quality of the product, we solve it by ourselves or seek help. Operate according to the rules, timely discover the abnormal quality, stop ill manufacturing, put an end to making bad products because of self rationalization.
Attendees listened earnestly and took notes. They had a deep understanding of the concept of lean management, laying a good foundation for better carrying out the lean management, better solving the shortcomings of product quality.
