Meanwhile, considering the needs of the structural reform, in order to stabilize the market expectations, the government will take measures such as increasing by 560 billion fiscal deficit, full implementation of replacing the business tax with a value-added tax and deepening the reform of the commercial system, to reduce the enterprise’s financial burden, greatly promote the confidence of the development of private enterprises.
