Yesterday, paper product No. 3 factory and No. 4 factory "5S" results report meeting grandly held in the lecture hall of the company. Company leaders, counselors, group leaders of each sub plant and above administrative staff attended this meeting.
To strengthen enterprise management, improve the work efficiency and work quality, accomplish the ascension of management process, on May 15 of last year, the company launched "5S site management".
Regarding to "5S site management", the company put forward three requirements to management cadres and personnel. Firstly, should raise awareness, firm confidence, and strengthen the responsibility of 5S implementation. Secondly, should seek practical results, firm confidence, establish the overall concept, combined with own jobs, deepen the application, consciously increase to further straighten out and optimize process. Meanwhile, should do well the training earnestly, and ensure that 5S management put in place. Thirdly, should make persistent efforts, get prepared to the full implementation of 5S site management, should clear responsibility, and name the person in charge. All employees should participate in this work with the spirit of reform and innovation, rigorous and earnest work style and the attitude of learning from each other, implement management process reengineering.
After a year of efforts, each relevant sub plant has introduced "5S site management" in full extent and achieved remarkable results. Yesterday, paper product No. 3 factory and No. 4 factory reported and showed some successful experience in the introduction of 5S management to the whole company.
Company leader emphasized in his final speech that doing well the 5S management lied in its implementation and persistance. "Doing well of each simple thing is not simple. Doing well of each ordinary thing is extraordinary." As long as everyone of one mind, take on responsibilities, dare to undertake, Guangbo dream can be achieved.
