Should stick to the target. Effectively implement each objectives put forward by the company. Should have highly effective and quick action's management style, should shoulderheavy burdens and dare to risk,finally to achieve the annual plan of the company.

President Wang Liping pointed out, hope to take this opportunity to discuss with everyone on how to be a management cadre that can solve the problems. If you want to be progress in the workplace, cultivating and improving the ability to solve the problem is very important. For each management personnel, the more problems we can slove, the bigger and harder tasks we can finish,the more stable is our position in the enterprise.
